MissedCalls provides automated SMS responses, call management, and lead forwarding services for businesses. We facilitate communication between callers and subscribing businesses but do not guarantee job outcomes, revenue, or customer conversions.

2. No Guarantee of Delivery or Revenue

We rely on third-party providers including telecommunications carriers and SMS infrastructure services. Message delivery, transcription accuracy, and system uptime are not guaranteed. We are not liable for lost leads, missed opportunities, or business losses.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Comply with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws
  • Not use the platform for spam or unlawful activity
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner

4. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if payment is not received. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissedCalls is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MissedCalls from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of applicable laws.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
